Wool Suits

Where can I find designer suits for a good deal in NYC?

I live and work in NYC, I am looking for a place to get designer suits that fits. I usually browse at Filene's Basement or Century 21 but all their sizes are large and the fit is horrible. I have a modelesque body, meaning a really small waist and broad shoulders. I need more of a "European fit" (kinda like Hugo Boss, Armani, etc.), something that hugs my body more closely than the normal loose fitting suit pants and such. Its really hard to explain, but I hope you guys know what I am talking about. Oh, and I loathe pleated suit pants.
